We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payment is taken in full at checkout once your order is confirmed. See our Payment Policy for details.

We dispatch quickly, so contact us as soon as possible at support@cosimathelabel.com. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.

Most Australian orders arrive within 5–8 business days of dispatch. Timeframes are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed; regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

We want you to love your pieces. If something isn't right, please review our Refund Policy and contact us at support@cosimathelabel.com to arrange a return or exchange.

Care instructions are included on each garment and product page. As a general guide, wash cool, avoid tumble drying on high heat, and iron while slightly damp to keep your linen looking its best.
