This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed when you shop with Cosima the label. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Currency & GST

All prices are listed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable. Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees for international cards — these are outside our control.

When You Are Charged

Payment is authorised and captured in full at the time you place your order. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. If a payment is declined, your order will not be dispatched.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS compliant checkout. Your payment is encrypted in transit and Cosima the label never sees or stores your full card details on our own systems.

Buy Now, Pay Later & Wallets

Where offered at checkout, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) and instalment options let you pay using your saved details or in scheduled payments. Any instalment plan is governed by that provider's own terms, which you agree to when selecting it.

Pricing Errors

We take care to price everything correctly, but in the rare event of an obvious pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund. We'll always contact you first if this happens.
