Shipping Policy
Order Processing Orders are dispatched within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
Delivery — Australia Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed; regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If it hasn't updated after 7 business days, email support@cosimathelabel.com.
Delays While we do everything we can to dispatch on time, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, or high-demand periods outside our control. We'll always help you track down a delayed parcel.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your details at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once dispatched, and re-delivery for an incorrectly entered address may incur an additional shipping fee.
Lost or Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
